Private Rental
The home can be rented by an individual or a group for your own private retreat.
We can accommodate up to 12 people with very minimal sharing of beds. The home can accommodate up to 10 without anyone having to share a bed.
Rental Fees:
Thursday-Sunday: $1000
Friday-Sunday: $850
Any additional weekday: $65.00 per day
Any additional holiday weekday: $85.00 per day
Payment Policy:
We accept checks, money orders, or credit card payments. There is a pay pal transaction fee added on if paying by credit card. If paying with check or money order, a credit card number must still be on file. A $200 security deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. (Please note, the security deposit is not a part of the fee payment. It is simply a check that is held until the home has been inspected for damages after your retreat ends. If no damages are found, the check is voided and returned to you.) The total amount of the retreat must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event. The security deposit will be refunded to you promptly after the facility has been assessed for damages. (See damage policy below for other terms and conditions.) Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel before 2 weeks prior to the event, all monies will be refunded minus a $150 administrative fee, taken from the security deposit, and the pay pal transaction fee if the event was paid for by credit card. Administrative fee is due within 2 weeks of cancellation notice.
If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the event, a 50% refund, minus the pay pal transaction fee if paid by credit card, will be given.
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, no refund will be given.
No refunds will be given should you choose to leave the event early.
Should the owner have to cancel the rental for any reason, all monies, minus the pay pal transaction fee if paid by credit card, will be refunded or applied toward another date at the participant's discretion.
Damages Policy:
Should damages occur to the facility or anything on the property during the retreat, the security deposit will be used to pay for the repair of the damages. A receipt will be mailed to you describing the repair and the cost. Should the damages exceed $200, the individual's credit card will be charged the remainder of the total repair cost plus an additional 25% of the total repair cost.
A DVD of the facility will be made prior to each rental.
